Architectural battens.
Engineered to perfection.

Engineered to Precision

Designed around your opening. Built around your vision.

Every garage opening is different. That's why our custom batten sectional doors are engineered and manufactured to suit the specific dimensions and requirements of each individual opening.

From the overall door size and panel configuration to the positioning of each batten, every detail is carefully considered to achieve a precise fit and a clean architectural finish.

Aerospace-Grade Aluminium Frame

Lightweight by design. Strong where it matters.

The foundation of a custom batten garage door is its frame, which is why we use aerospace-grade aluminium for our door structures.

Aluminium offers an excellent combination of strength, durability and low weight, making it particularly well suited to large architectural garage doors.

Keeping the door structure lightweight also has an important practical benefit: it reduces the load that the garage door operating system needs to move.

Premium Powder-Coated Aluminium Cladding

Architectural looks without unnecessary weight.

For our custom batten doors, we use powder-coated aluminium as the cladding material.

Aluminium provides an ideal combination of lightweight construction, durability and low maintenance, making it particularly suitable for large custom garage doors.

Unlike heavier cladding materials, aluminium helps keep the overall door weight under control. This places less load on the motor and operating system, helping the door operate more efficiently.

Limitless Design Possibilities

Your façade. Your proportions. Your signature style.

A custom batten garage door should be as individual as the home it belongs to.

We offer a wide selection of colours and batten profiles, giving you the freedom to create anything from a subtle contemporary façade to a bold architectural statement.

Choose from sophisticated solid colours such as Monument and Woodland Grey, or explore our selection of wood-look finishes for a warmer, more natural appearance.

Choose the batten profile that best suits your design, including:

20mm — Fine & Refined
Ideal for a subtle, minimalist appearance with fine architectural lines.

40mm — Balanced & Contemporary
A versatile profile that creates a strong visual rhythm without overwhelming the façade.

100mm — Bold & Architectural
A substantial profile designed to create a stronger architectural presence and make the garage door a defining feature of the home.

Combine your preferred colour, profile and spacing to create a garage door that is genuinely unique to your project.
